Onelogin offer

I got a verbal offer for a senior technical support engineer as follows: Base: 150k RSU: O Sign on Bonus: O Before I was scheduled for the interview the recruiter told me the company gives RSU at 7$ valuation and after I went through the interview process and passed. He told me there’s been a change in policy. That they no longer give RSU and that made me feel like he either lied to me or he just didn’t wanna give me.
