HubSpot Interview
I have a virtual interview setup with HubSpot for SSE. I already have an offer from VMWare (First Year TC - 295k). Can HubSpot match the VMWare offer ? Also, should I be expecting leetcode medium/hard in the virtual onsite ?
I interviewed with Hubspot and have friends that work there, they pay about as much as VMware in terms of base salary, but the big thing is their stock. It is growing like crazy and still has room to go up. So you would end up making a lot more from their valuation Also, they ask the same interview question as ones on Glassdoor

No, their location is Boston. It will not match ur vmware offer
HubSpot salaries are standard and firm within a 5k window in attempt to close the gender wage gap. They offer around a significantly less TC than your VMWare offer, however, you won't want to blow your brains out at HubSpot as much as VMWare. HubSpot values culture and WLB.
Well I have heard good things about VMWare’s WLB as well. Are you working there ?
