Hi Blinders, for those looking for startups to work with part time, here are two currently looking for elite engineers to work with their team 20hrs per week for cash + equity (36k + 1% equity) - Sully.ai - this YC startup also backed by Goodwater Capital is building AI Copilot for doctors is seeking ML Engineering Lead and Fullstack Engineer from Google to help build their product as they race to product market fit and gear up for fundraising. - Poof.io - a startup backed by CRV Ventures and Ripple is seeking a part-time fullstack lead engineer to drive engineering with banking or payment experience (ex Coinbase, Square, Stripe, Visa etc would be a great fit) If you’re interested in meeting any of these founders, please DM. TC: 120k
why from Google? Do they want to bring bureaucracy so early in?
Lol: the AI startup are looking to ride the google braindrain wave
the startup founders seem incompetent if they think that
20 hrs in a startup is never 20 hrs.
They are looking for folks who will sell them Google's research for peanuts. I won't be shocked if they find some disgruntled idiots who are willing!
As a consultant, I would be looking at 200k for 20 hours + equity.
Yea and I can confirm that I am actually getting rates similar to these at 12yoe/Staff
Hmm, I think they are looking for folks to join their startup, but the challenge is that since they are early, they will ideally hire these folks in series A. So they are structuring an equity focused deal for part time and stipends till they close their series A
I’m interested! Will dm you soon. I have lots of Fintech experience.
You made my day :)
Would like to know about the background they are looking for .
36k for 20 hrs per week work?
And they’re only looking for Google engineers 😂.
Yes, they are looking to compensate more in equity than cash as more startups seek to conserve cash
