Almost all Glassdoor and Blind reviews complain of no compensation growth at all, low or zero performance bonus and no job growth at Arista. Is it still the case at Arista? For India, I received a 25% percent hike last year. Overall base pay has increased by roughly 70 percent over a 3 year period. Bonus is entirely performance dependant - yours and Arista's. Arista has been doing pretty good, so have I, so ended up receiving a bonus of 6-7 lacs for the past 2 years (again this is on the higher end I believe). Note that bonuses are absolute and not dependant on your base pay. New hires in India also get an anniversary bonus as part of your offer, so for your first year, your bonus is a fixed amount (3 in your case) and not very perf dependant, unless you do really well ( or terribly). The stock has also done great so that keeps everyone happy too. I can't speak for everyone else, but I've been happy with Arista's comp policy both in terms of hikes and bonus. You can get a bump in the number of RSUs you vets each year too ( separate from the usual refreshers which are given to keep up with the initial set of RSUs you were allotted).

Depends on the team. If you're working on EOS, then yes, most of the team work using infra components and frameworks that are internally developed.
Wrong reviews. I believe it's as good as FAANG or better honestly. Especially after stock growth

No one in the cloudvision team deals with TACC . Areview is peer based feedback and is decent portion of what determines your overall performance.

The stock price increase has resulted in nice hikes for my buds that work there, and they have incredible WLB. Sounds like a good deal to me! This is in the bay area, YMMV in India
