YCombinator, one of the biggest incubator for startups has sent a letter to founders. TLDR; cut cost - freeze hiring, even do small scale layoffs to reduce the cost. The most impacted companies will be companies with - "Low margin, international companies, asset heavy, hard tech, or companies with high burn rate". On different side, large scale tech like Amazon and Microsoft are increasing salary to attract new talents and retain existing talent.
