Hello, Can someone please let me know the pay structure for Director position in R&D at Sanofi ? Do they get RSU? And what's their percentage of performance bonus ETC? Base : 155k YOE : 14
Sorry the post was director position at Sanofi
Director is Level 4. No new hire RSUs and there is possibility of annual RSUs(Long term incentive), however there is no number attached to it. Base could be around 200.
Sanofi is a large pharmaceutical company, Director in R&D can be paid up to 250k base if you have impressive publications and a PhD. My wife works at BMS, she doesn’t have a PhD but has published tons of craps. She manages no one. As a director of data science, she is paid 220k. She is very slow in statistics/math and programming, so how she got the job? Well I don’t have a fucking clue. But she is very attractive.
side income?
Sounds disrespectful to me. What are you hinting at? You don't seem to have a favorable opinion of your wife.
Where in the world? This crucial info is missing. It varies 1x-4x depending on job location. In my experience, biotech or pharma in the Boston region you should be getting 220k+ base for director level.
Do elaborate your TC and level.
Why is my TC relevant? If you're getting less than 220k base in Boston as a director, you're being fleeced from my extensive experience. Indians (such as yourself, yes I can tell) are often paid less than their US/EU peers due to several factors. Sorry that you're pissed about being underpaid but I'm keeping it real.
Jazz has advertised for a Director position. Is it for GC or real position?
