I discovered this from my fishbowl post https://joinfishbowl.com/post_vcg36eusro #consulting What I’m curious about: * how strict are they are wfh/on-site? I know bain is funding them in their infancy(1), but bain is also very strict on people working in the office (2) * if they’ve been around since 2014, I’m curious what clients/industries they’ve worked with * are they planning to IPO? * are they profitable, and if so how much? * how drastic is the pay-disparity across the firm from the lowest paid to highest? * are they using third party recruiters and external contract houses? 1 https://www.baincapital.com/news/brillio-announces-investment-bain-capital-private-equity 2 https://joinfishbowl.com/post_diothkfb4d
It’s a pretty horrible company. They will fire you if you are ever placed on bench, and if you’re on a contract that is ending, it is your job to find the next project to be on or be laid off, no manager help at all. Everyone I was there with has either quit or been laid off from this bench policy. Pay is well below market standards, there is no clear promotion ladder, internally they are a mess. I would stay as far away from them as possible. Check on Glassdoor for yourself, and make sure you look at the reviews that aren’t overly eager and in love with the company. Also, they will hire you remote, but most of their projects will require an unexpensed move across the country to be on site for clients.
Unexpensed move? 🤮 I haaaate that. I’ve been asked to do that for so many jobs and it’s obnoxious

It's not you, it's your parents
It's an offshoring company. Had some co-workers who went there. It seemed to treat it's staff better than the company we were at before. They are more so data focused instead of SWE focused. Their client list seems solid to me from catching up with them.
so there’s probably quite a large disparity of pay between the lowest paid and the top if they primarily focus on offshoring. I’m 90% sure they have jpmc as a client
They probably do yeah, they do have some M/FAANG clients. They pay pretty well for US roles. It doesn't catch me as a company that hires inexperienced people and tells the client otherwise. Not sure about how the offshore team is treated though.
