I got an offer there but ultimately decided to turn it down mainly because of commute time. However, culture honestly seemed amazing based on talking to the engineering teams, and they seem to have a pretty flat hierarchy. Let me know how it is if you do end up accepting a role there!
Do u mind sharing ur offer at bill.com
I didn't know bill Clinton still owned anything
Culture is definitely great . Good working relationship within the team .Everyone is pretty helpful. As far as leaderships is concern, it varies . Some of the members in leadership team are doing excellent job where some are pretty average in my opinion . Company is definitely growing and with that definitely a good time join .
Hi, can I dm you. I need a reference for bill.com
Heard they are planning for IPO next year. Is this rumor true?
why you ask? 😁 Afraid of the competition or looking to join the winning team?
If you got less stock options they might be closer to IPO or acquisition. Companies do not give much when they are close or relatively big. I have heard that. Not speaking from experience though so don't quote me on this. Have you considered the possibility if PayPal buys them out lol ...
Got an offer so wanted to see what they say during the interview is true or not. Checked online they haven’t filed S1 yet though. Any thoughts?
Can you share more about the position?
Any working moms at Bill.com? How’s work life balance in Engineering teams? I read mixed reviews on Glassdoor. Is there any fixed WFH days? Or WFH is allowed only in case when it’s necessary? Also what is the maternity/paternity policy here?
WFH not really endorsed but possible and varies with team. Great people and culture except for a few really bad actors, some of them unfortunately at executive roles.
