New grad w 81k tc, former FAANG intern. Not at FAANG anymore. Constantly stressed ab job market and why I’m not in the states yet. Stressed ab my SAAS and when I can release it, stressed ab time management for interview prep and stressed ab getting promo. Stressed ab dealing with loneliness and breaking up aw amazing gf to pursue my career with less distractions. Always feel like I’m not doing enough. Started taking CBD today and it’s decent it helps reduce stress a lot. Looking for some real advice on other things ppl found that helped. E.g. shrooms, microdosing, oxy, etc I workout and eat pretty healthy already
Sleep. Yoga. Outdoor activities (hike/bike). Healthy diet.

Why did you join TD after FAANG? I'd say focus on fewer things. Either interview prep or getting a promo or working on your saas. You can't do all three.
My mentor really liked me and gave me inclined to hired based on my work. Manager who I met like 5 times throughout internship vetoed it and gave not inclined lol. Mentor says to re-apply here and there so I’m looking to join FAANG again if I get a chance in the future. I want to focus on fewer but it’s tough bc all 3 are important :/ maybe promo and SAAS for now since interviews aren’t really there for new grads
Imo I'd just focus on the saas. There's no point in getting promoted at TD. It's not like you can transfer that to FAANG.
Any substance just so you know will cause at least psychological dependency. That said, I use kava few times a day, kratom more rarely, alcohol very rarely and only at night. Increasing potential increasing risk.
Look up Andrew Huberman leading neuroscientist podcast regarding stress as a performance enhancer, and growth mindset. Total game changer.

Enough sleep is #1. What does a healthy diet mean to you? Removing nightshades from my diet did wonders for my anxiety
What’s nightshades? I have a pretty low carb diet with minimal refined sugars. Most food is store bought avoid oily foods. Was on keto diet
