So I interviewed with Yahoo for SDE position, hr said he would get back to me in couple of days and never responded. He knew that I had multiple offers, why the fuck would he not respond. Finally, after couple of weeks I was able to get hold of him after calling like a million times and then he says that my profile is still under review. WTF? why do they treat candidates like this? Facebook was so better, even though I couldn't go past the final round I found their interview process very open and felt they actually cared about me. yahoo get your shit together. #yahoofail

I know, but I feel they just don't appreciate candidates time. He promised to respond back and never even replied. We can tell about a company's culture by looking at how well they treat their applicants.

same thing happened to me at Apple. went all the way through onsites and never heard back from the recruiter with a decision.
