Yet another Oracle OCI compensation
15yoe, SDM III @ Amazon (managing other managers for 3+ years). My current TC is around 430ish(due to stock appreciation, 350 without appreciation) OCI - 215 base, 21k stocks RSU/4 year (250k/year), 35k sign on. I don’t have competitive offers as I didn’t prepare for any interviews. Tried negotiating but they aren’t willing to increase.

What is the OCI TC? I am assuming you are L7 manager at amazon, right?
