I am a recent graduate (after undergrad) and I am looking for some advice with these two offers: Twilio: sde Base - 120k RSU 120k (over 4 years) Sign on - 10K Relocation - 10K Location - Remote, (NYC, Seattle, Bay Area) Comcast: software engineering in data Base - 130k RSU 455 shares (over 3 years) Relocation - 5k Location - Remote initially -> NYC eventually Would love some insights on company culture, work life balance, company growth over time? If anyone is within these domains can you pls share your experience with projects/ team culture?
