You are a fantastic Product Manager

If you were to hire another fantastic PM. What would be your biggest need in terms of 1. Skills - technical and soft skills. Ex, Kanban, PowerBi, JIRA, ability to quantify KPIs, ability to articulate needs to dev team with a clear vision 2. Product needs needs ex, expertise to perform market analysis, someone who can prioritize features based on data sets etc. 3. Social/cultural aspects --------------- P.S. 1. I have created/managed an internal product for a client that generated $3.2million in software asset savings. Approx. 230k employees use the product. 2. I was the creator/owner of an fashion e-commerce site that I recently sold. Generated $12k in profits ($40,000 in revenue). 6 years of exp. I have an engineering masters. Optum/UHC is always hiring PM roles across its org. Check out the career board and DM for more info/referral. For your question, if I had to forcefully choose, 2, then 1. I wasn’t sure what 3 entailed (e.g., culture as in race and/or background or personality?) But of course, a typically fantastic PM would probably have some balance of the majority of the characteristics you mentioned, right.
