Hey best wishes for your interview. What role were you at Amazon and for how long? Currently a PgM at Amazon doing product work but would like to try for PgM roles at G or M but not sure if I’ll get called for interviews.
Hey what is a PgM role? Is it techno managerial or purely managerial? Something like TPM?
Program Manager. It’s techno managerial in my situation (but maybe not as techno as TPM).

Good luck. For the cognitive ability interview you might be given hypothetical product problems to solve it., it is not a technical interview though. You need to have good examples from your experience for other two interviews. Follow 5 why’s for each of your examples to build some depth .

Straightforward behavioral. My experience with YouTube employees specifically newyork based ones are that they are crappy snobs, and very arrogant.

These are behavioral or situational questions. Look some examples up online and come up with some good answers based on your experience. Other than that, not much else. Don't BS your way through though, they'll likely dig into the examples you provide with more questions and can smell it a mile away. Good luck.
