I do like to share my knowledge about something but regRdless of personal passion is it true that having an active LinkedIn with constantly publishing posts and blogs on Medium or having a YouTube channel really helps to land a job easier? I mean is there any company who just comes and have casual talk to you and based on your produced content they offer you a job? #engineering #software #swe

I'm sure a successful channel would help, but it's a time optimization dilemma. Would getting better at programming and building things make you more hireable? Or would starting a YouTube channel? I believe for the vast majority, the latter would be a less effective use of their time.
I believe teaching and blogging makes you understand that knowledge you have better in depth
I agree, but for something like a YouTube channel, there's a lot of time overhead involved with editing videos and generally managing and promoting the channel. Blogging might make a lot more sense for this reason. Just my 2 cents though
