Humans need meat to get proper nourishment. Veganism is great for cleansing adult body especially in diseased or obese state but shouldnt go on for more than probably 2 years max. Eventually your body is cleansed enough and needs nourishment again. If you dont provide, your body starts to deteriorate. We are not cattle, our digestive system cannot extract the same vitamins and minerals from grass. This does not mean I am in support of animal cruelty or consuming meat everyday but there is a balance.
