It depends on if the founders declare the need to get focused and efficient, which is what happened at META. A ‘hired CEO’ will not take such a bold decision without founders telling him to do so. If you think Larry and Sergey will make that move, then buy GOOG else wait.

Sold 75 percent of my holdings in Google this morning. Sundar is to Google as Steve Balmer is to Microsoft. Google should be the leader in Gen AI but they are too complacent and let a start up not only beat them to market but OpenAI also has better product. Until Google starts getting serious about innovating instead of rent seeking search, there will be better places to put my money.

Yeah it's price to earnings is like 26x. Nvidia is higher because everyone assumes they'll continue doubling revenue, which they probably will, but it is priced in. Nobody is betting google will double revenue. Then there is the pure lunacy of AMD at like 1500x
