PIP at cvent??

Hello people, My manager informed me today that he is going to see my performance for a month and then if it is not improved he is going to put me in PIP in Jan. So I joined Cvent this year start of Q2, and since then there is a lot going on in my personal life and I changed my role too. Long story short, I know that my performance has not been as expected because of a lot of unplanned leaves due to family emergencies and my health. I wanna weigh my options and be prepared for whats coming. Please comment on how seriously Cvent takes PIP. What are the chances of getting through PIP? I know companies where if you enter into PIP, it's decided that you are going out of company. Anything you know about this might help. #cvent @cvent #layoff #severance #pip
