Join if your company also offers Aetna PPO and epo options
I like ppo better, cuz Aetna network doesn't seem that great. There will be times when you'll have to go out of network. (Of course, it depends on where u live n what health concerns u commonly have)
The rest of this year I will take a chance with EPO. We are still very healthy and have no kids. Next year I am switching to PPO
Shoot... I don’t remember. On the insurance card it just says “Aetna”. Could you include a brief description per each?
PPO is the one that has deductible and higher coinsurance but has some reasonable support for out of network coverage EPO has no deductible, lower coinsurance but has no out of network coverage
Ah, then I’m pretty sure I chose EPO, since 99% of the providers are still in network anyway, and it doesn’t make sense to pay high deductible when FB neither provides HSA, nor contributes to it. At G I used to have a high deductible plan with HSA and got $2k per year from G.
