Micro-Apartments are making a comeback as housing costs continue to soar in HCOL areas. Is this the next “solution trend” to hit the Bay Area? 🔗 https://www.msn.com/en-us/money/realestate/rise-in-micro-apartments-as-a-solution-to-housing-crises/ar-BB1kgujo
Bro that’s so miserable wtf
It won't ever come to this because the issue in Bay area is not the lack of land, like on Manhattan
I can already imagine the FAANG director Bay Area homers saying this is still more worth than living anywhere else in the country due to Bay Area weather and ethnic strip malls 😂. As someone who was born and raised in Cupertino, I never found the appeal of the area except for the Job opportunities, and my parents bought in the 80s when it cost 300k to buy a home that is now 4+ million.
I am super down for SRO’s and efficiency studios. Give me a studio with a private toilet and no kitchen under 1500 bucks and I’d have been so down 5 years ago.
