What is the typical signing bonus and RSU offer at Applied Materials in Santa Clara? Is there also any profit sharing? #amat
Depends on level and if you can show how much RSUs you’re giving up at your old company. E4 should be able to get 50k in signing bonus + 50k RSU.

R2D2 Geek Jan 4, 2023Data point: a Recruiter told me that E4 is 20% annual bonus + 10% RSU E5 is 25% annual bonus + 15% RSU No mention on sign on bonus. OP did you find out what is the sign on bonus?
Bonus and RSU are tied to level. E4 for example, bonus target at 20% with multiplier, RSU is about 10-15% of base.
