I keep hearing about a cultural shift inside NFLX, coinciding with switching to levels and salary bands. Can someone from N explain in more detail what the shift is and what is motivating it? Is it still one of the best places to work? What are the new bands? TC 450k Yoe 15

I believe new bands are ā software engineer (new grads), senior software engineer, and staff software engineer.
Most folks cannot get staff or principal... Already hear people not getting compensation matches. Note top down for decisions. It is changing
