Any companies using SAP to increase efficiency and warehouse management? If so, is it actually helping?
The more important question is how are you measuring efficiency so you can tell if its improving.
Everytime I order from H&M I get totally different items and sizes than what I ordered
This is blind, not customer service.
I'm stating they could use something to better manage their warehouse efficiency
As measured how? Efficiency isn't something you can just buy.
Every time we build something new on top of SAP, I die a little.

RIP Google Core Employees replaced with Mexico and India Workers
I use their business intelligence platform daily for live report creation, problem solving, getting sign off times to HR, workflow ect. Love the ability for it to auto email reports out for daily pulses and monitoring system errors.
