Questions about Blue Origin ADP

I'm in the interview process for a role on Blue Origin's Advanced Development Program (ADP) team and I'm looking to talk to someone there. Even if you're not ADP, I'd be interested in connecting. The first two phone screens were pretty vague and high level, and I'm really curious about how the programs are run and the overall org structure. I'd also like to get your take on the company growth over the last year, and the seemingly high number of Boeing alums throughout the org. #blueorigin

I know people who work here and they say there’s no structure. Feels like a tech space company.

ADP is an org, where If you suck, you get sent there. Seems like a chill job. Futuristic projects.

Well I suck so it sounds like I'd be right at home. I guess I'm confused about what is not in ADP? Is that just New Shepherd? How big is ADP headcount relative to the rest of BO?

ADP is a division of the company. New Shepard is not in it. That is a question for the recruiter. I’m not going to publicly post the company org chart here lol
