I'm curious as to what exactly refreshers are, I keep hearing about them. I can tell you I don't get any.
Extra equity grants (over four years) after yearly performance reviews. Ranges from zero, to low thousands of dollars, to six figures (at FANGs).
Hey thanks for the response, so I got my options (now RSUs for new hires) that vest over 4 years, refreshers would be extra RSUs given after the 4 years are up, am I correct? If so I'm not getting any, primary reason I'm looking elsewhere now, the salary was reason enough but refresher just pours fuel onto the fire.
I couldn't work there, the name just turns me on. Daddy is such a sexy word.
