Please help evaluate offers at Doordash, Uber & Tiktok

SDE2 at Amazon, TC ~230k per year with ~ 4.5 years of exp. Doordash Role: E4 TC: 175 Base + $400K worth RSUs over 4 years. I have the feeling that they might go an additional 100K on the RSUs Uber Role: SDE2 TC: ~300k Tiktok Role: 2-2 TC: ~350k Uber Pros: 1) Everyone involved in the process were very friendly. Heard great things about the manager from my friends at uber. 2) Heard they have good RSU refreshers every year. 3) Decent to good WLB Cons: Lay offs earlier this year is kinda scary esp because I am on H-1B Doordash Pros: 1) Love the team's vision and I guess there would be a lot to learn 2) Start up culture Cons: 1) The stock is super high post IPO and there are high chances that it would be halved in a year. 2) No one knows what the post pandemic world would look like for Doordash 3) Heard they have decent but not great RSU refreshers every year (~70k). It would be great if someone can confirm 4) Lowest among the 3 offers Tiktok Pros: 1) I guess there would be a lot to learn 2) Level jump 3) Fast paced environment 4) Start up culture 5) Don't wanna miss the IPO boat ;-) 6) Great cash compensation. I would be making well over my current Amazon TC in cash. 7) Rumor has it that the RSUs are already worth twice as much in the pre ipo market. Cons: 1) WLB. I am already at Amazon and I am kinda okay with the WLB here but I am not sure how I would react to the so called 996 culture 2) Risky. Concerns with the US Govt. 3) I'm not Chinese.
