Should I stay at Dell or hop to DoorDash? Current wlb is great at <30hrs a week. Not sure if it’s worth the risk hopping.

Got it. I probably should have asked it as "would RTO make you move" The Dell TC is pretty low for the Bay Area. If you were in LCOL I'd be less inclined to say make the jump
