Is Egencia a company worth joining on SDE 1 Level J after having 18 months experience as Software Engineer in Western Digital? What essentially is the level J in this company? #softwareengineer #softwaretechnologygroup
J is the lowest level possible in sde , usually with 18 months experience people get sde 2 in expedia which was earlier parent of egencia. Otherwise its not worth it. And on egencia it's not worth to join as a company. 1) it's now American express hence shitty banking policies. 2) it caters to business n corporate travel which is almost non existent post pandemic.
