Zendesk acquisition of SurveyMonkey. HORRIBLE DECISION
Whoever is making this call at Zendesk is one dumb moron. The m&a team is an embarrassment and always have been. As are the c-level supporting this. Leadership is going to face a lawsuit from shareholders for this Horrendous decision. The dilution of stock in insane and criminal. For a low moat product declining product like survey monkey. Absolute trash. How are people inside Zendesk feeing about this.

Fresh desk is now worth more than Zendesk. Mikkel you’re fucking up. You need to answer for this decision of diluting the shareholders. Fresh desk 1/3 the revenue but is worth 20% more!!!!!!!! How the hell do you let the market perceive us like this mikkel.

Well the acquisition is officially dead. Not a great news for the svmk employees. Many of us will probably get laid off.
