has anyone interviewed with pepsico? how is it? tc? culture?
i worked at PEP for 10 years in their Chicago office until 5 years ago. they offer competitive compensation for the industry but their compensation range for each job level is pretty large (can be a 40k swing from lowest to highest) so you should start at the high end for your experience and negotiate down. the company culture is alright but competitive as everyone is rated against each other in the same job category and only the top x% will get a rating that will give you a raise above cost of living. PEP leadership is very bottom line oriented so they're always looking to cut costs that do not drive share or sales. so expect shitty coffee and powdered creamer. there's also always talk of layoffs if your division is not performing.
