Zillow P3 to M3?
What's the usual time for promotion from a P3 level? (Seattle office, if that helps) Also, does it have to be to a P4? Or can it go to a M3/manager? What's the expected salary bump and stock refresher for such a promotion? @zillow @zillowgroup

I am considering Joining Zillow TC 280K for P3.. 200K in stock. So you mean in the next year annual review I would get 60 K(30%) additional stock ? Of course review well and so on.. and I get promoted I would get and additional 100k(50%)

Correct, but the grant is spread over 4 years.
2-3 years for level change is the norm. I have heard of 1.5 really depends on reviews. You can expect on average 10-15% on base plus your original sign on stock plus 50% Just as an fyi P levels and M levels do not track similarly.
Thanks! How are the raises/refreshers for annual reviews without a promotion?
Pretty good, generally fall between 3-5% plus like 30% of your sign on in stock vesting over 4 years. There's also a market rate adjustment that gets added on depending on role but it's inconsistent.
