So…I recently signed a P3 offer which will be a massive bump for me in TC. I just wanted to see if anyone from Zillow can speak on what I should expect for yearly RSU refreshers (non promo and promo years)? FWIW, I did search Blind for this but the most informative posts were looking a little bit dated (from 2019). Perhaps waiting for my Zillow email then posting in the company channel might be more fruitful but 🤷♂️ Thanks! 🙏 TC 142k (will be 275k TC first year at Zillow) #zillow #zillowgroup
Is $75k refresher closer to p4 reality? Or even lower? (On grant date, not after stock collapse)
P3 refresher this year of $63k
does DS get refresher as well? Sound like only SWE get refresher.
I don’t know.
Highly variable. Top P3s got 150k+ refreshers this cycle
Damn that’s nuts actually
Nuts but probably an aberration, since the stock has dropped 80% or whatever from ATH lmao So they had to do something to keep top talent.
Zillow refreshers are peanuts. Long term employee here. This year was an outlier because if high attrition but otherwise never gotten more than 25k-30k refreshers even with good review ratings
Sheesh…alright that makes sense :(
I guess I should have negotiated harder on RSU (I ended up just getting them to match my other offer’s base)
I got around 50k (over 4 years) as P3 SWE, I joined in the middle of last year so not sure if it was prorated
Thanks for the data point! 🤜
I think you should expect your “meets expectations” refresher to be 1/4 of your initial grant, and maybe double that for an Exceeds review
Thanks! How’s your experience been there overall?
Depends on your team and performance. I got 130k and 50k for P3 and 180k for p4. But the stock falls📉
Thanks for the data point - confused by your numbers though. Correct me if I’m wrong, so you were getting 50k refreshers as a P3 and 180k refreshers as a P4?What’s the 130k number? Original grant?
2 review cycles for p3. One was 130k and the other one was 50k.
P3 here too, got 60K on last year’s refresher (60/4 -> 15K per year)
Cool! Is this for meets or exceeds expectations?
I got meets expectations, and I just got promoted to P3 recently so likely on the low end
What’s your P3 offer breakdown ?

How can my idiot brother who does real estate afford this
Recruiter told me $120k yearly for p4 so you know it’s not any higher than that.
Lol thanks for the data point. 120k per year sounds pretty good though, no (120k / 4 => 30k annually)?
BTW did you end up accepting your P4 offer?
