Based on some research, Zillow P4 is senior with a range from high 200K to low 300K. What about M level(M3, M4)? And how do they map to SWE levels(P3, P4)? I am interested in their TC ranges, too. Thanks in advance. Edit: can someone share TC and internal leveling of senior engineering manager?
Oops, not there :(
Yeah, Zillow’s is missing from levels.fyi, so I thought to ask here
I usually find the Redfin TC estimates more accurate than what Zillow provides.
Do you mean the property value estimate?
I’m curious what the Sr PM TC range is. And how are the benefits vs. Microsoft?
I saw it on Blind once that M3 maps to P4. Also, keep in mind that the TC quoted by their recruiter include things like refresher and stock appreciation, etc. Still, their package is good for the first two years because of the sizable sign-on bonus.
Mind sharing numbers that you have heard?
ZG is full of a bunch of cliques and high school bullshit. Spencer Rascoff has stated numerous times he's not cool with remote office... too out of touch for me personally.
Lol and now he's not CEO anymore. Maybe Rich will be more open to work from home.
WFH policy is my biggest gripe
P4 = M3, P5 = M4
Thanks! Do you happen to know their TC range? Also, what level do principal engineer and senior engineering manager map to?
TC ranges are very malleable at Zillow. In my experience, they will lowball without competing offers, but are happy to match almost any other offer, so long as the competitor is a public company.
levels.fyi?
