No I haven’t interned at Zoox. I have however interned at a different organisation and have 2 YOE. I’d still like to understand the compensations for L1 and L2
You might glean some insight looking at the different openings on lever. They contain the salary range, which in some cases might contain L2

Unfortunately referrals have zero sway. I could not hire people in my team that in previous lives were rockstars. Just apply and then reach out on linked in to recruiters and likely hiring managers.
