Zoox appraisal
zoox folks, how is your appraisal done? just got an offer letter that has base salary and stocks only. no mention of sign on bonus, annual performance bonus, nothing per say! Do you get more stocks or bonus or only salary hikes at the end of the year? TC: 300k

No performance bonus. Usually a sign on. Refreshers. Raises if you perform well.
Yeah.. I asked for sign on and the recruiter says, she can do that with 2k less on my base and a couple of thousand stocks less. Iβm like WTF π€·ββοΈ how often do you get refreshers and if you donβt mind sharing, approx what can we expect?
Also, what are we working for at the end of the year then if no performance bonus and raise if we perform well, how do you define βperform wellβ ?
