Got an offer from Zoox L5 Base: 220 Sign on: 110 + Amazon rsu and zar Comes to about 370k for first year and increases if Zars increases (hopefully) Question for Zoox employees. Does Zoox give yearly cash bonus or refreshers in RSU or zars? Current TC : 240k L64

Is 110 divided into two years? Looks solid offer with 370k first year. What are the amzn rsu and zars values?

No refreshers or zars unless promoted. And refreshers are cash vested in 3 years, not amazon stock
The 110k sign on is the highest I have seen. For the ZARs, is it $120k worth of ZARs or 120k shares of ZARs? If the latter, I'd say it is a very good offer.

What’s the vesting schedule for Amazon RSU and ZARS? I have an on-site coming up with Zoox so I’d like to understand their compensation structure.

How was the interview experience? Do they ask typical leetcode or more real life scenario based question?
The recruiter will prep you. They are not typical leetcode questions. But relatively much easier than what I have seen. Even in final rounds. They have a Math round. You may want to prepare a bit for that. A simple google search will tell you what they generally ask in these.
