Zoox: Base: 190k Sign-on bonus: 60k Amazon RSUs: $100k vested over 3 years 20/40/40 ZARS: 70000 vested over 6 years 0/15/20/20/20/25 Bloomberg: Base: 200k No Sign-on Annual Bonus: 50k I'm interested in Zoox but worried because Amazon is trying to cut costs down. Is Zoox safe to join now? Is Bloomberg now safe to join? I'm on Visa.

Bloomberg is the best for new grads, you'll get paid taking all the classes and improving your skills and it's as safe as it gets

If visa is the primary thing Bloomberg. Especially if they sponsor greencard. If not Amazon. Get them to commit to kicking off ur greencard process when u start.
