E7 at Facebook, just starting to interview. Zoox recruiter reached out to me for an equivalent role. When I told them my TC expectations (1.2M+), they said at senior staff+ it's a wide band but my expectations are possible. But when I look online and on levels, the TC looks nothing close to that. Want to see if anyone here has had senior staff+ offers at Zoox and what TC is possible TC: 1.2M (varies a lot based on stock price)
Holy fucking moly.
recruiter says 'possible' = rather unlikely
