Hired was failing, and so is Vettery. Adecco basically merged 2 failing companies to combine their customers and assets. I work at a vettery and I can see the culture inside. Pay is low, there is low morale, early employees already left. Our tech is way behind in terms of innovation. Recently Adecco decided to postpone merit raises. This might be a good acquisition for management and shareholders by insiders are frustrated! Very sad

Wow I thought Hired was doing well. Glad I didn't join couple yrs ago. Do you know what the acquisition price range was? Was it a stock-stock acquisition or cash based? No need to answer if you don't feel like. Thanks for the insights 👍
not sure. Management refused to tell us... But in the news i did read as Hired sold of its assets, it was once valued at 500 mil, so i’m guessing a decent amount less than that. For context, vettery was acquired for 100 mil by adecco. I’m sure adecco got a good deal with hired because hired was starting to wind down it’s business as the ceo abruptly left...
