Offer from TE connectivity

Hi, I was told my the recruiter they are working on an offer for me for the lead data scientist role and she will send the final offer on Monday ( I was not given a salary or total comp range). What salary to expect from them and will there be room for negotiation? Can you please tell me how working in TE connectivity will be, in general. This position is with the data team and they are building this new team (hired lot of people in new director, Sr. manager levels). The glassdoor reviews are bad, that they will have layoffs every year during october. Also he is TE connectivity solely manufactures for business or does it have sizable consumer business as well (couldn't get that from their website or anywhere) #tech #datascience #teconnectivity
