Folks have hated Zuck for years - Cambridge analytica - election interference - IGs effects on young girls and women - creating a super polarized society - formenting g3nocide in Myanmar Yet, he makes tons of profits for shareholders Small businesses need to be in fb to reach audiences FB marketplace is a default option for folks who want to buy/sell Young teenagers, millenials and genx are addixt3d to IG Folks in 3rd world countries love fb, WhatsApp Slowly but surely their headsets are catching on In the future, metaverse might be a hit too Buffet said "never bet against US economy" in similar vein never bet against Zuck.
Agree. I dont see any reason for META to be below 1000$/share
Facebook was once called: ‘the worst IPO flop ever’ in 2012 😂
Bro buffet has like 10% of Tesla's competitor, lmao
Why is everyone on here a simp for stock price movement? If it's up, they're a genius. If it's down, they're an idiot.
Yes.
Don’t bet against Zuck, period.
No one care how great he is. We only care what he has done for us lately? - layoffs while stocks being at all time high - no meaningful product since last decade. - low compensation at the time of rising inflation.
Huh? Meta hasn’t laid off since early 2023 when stock price was below $200 2) correct 3) the company gave out a 150% bonus multiplier ontop of standard multiplers. So many ppl got 200%+ of their bonus targets and FB is known for good comp.
The layoffs helped improve margins. Part of Profits from them were distributed to remaining ones to keep them from leaving. Meta didn’t make profits from their oculus glass. Most of it is from financial engineering to keep people in line.
He’s the hero the world deserves but not needed.
