JP Morgan vs Calix, Bangalore Posting on behalf of friend.
Currently working remotely as Tech Lead with EPAM Systems at 32lpa. Both offers are about 50lpa with 3days/week to office in Bangalore as Engineering Manager. Any pros and cons of working in either of them? Experience: 13yrs+
JPM will be legacy but good job security where as Calix is a growing product company. But they offer more than 70 lpa for EM. Looks like your friend is lowballed
70 LPA fixed? Or including Variable.
