Thinking of joining here. Would take a short term pay cut stock wise (the base was ok slightly more than my L65 here), but it's pre-IPO and anything could happen, and I really want to work in a smaller (more impactful ?) group. Appreciate if any current / ex Exabeam folks could chime in and provide some unfiltered insights into company, culture, product etc. #startups
TC?
What are the RSU they are giving?
If you are ok with super heavy oncall. Yes.
As an old timer I am pretty happy here. There's a lot to learn. Scala is fun to learn and use. And we keep pursuing newer stack. Some people mentioned on call. This is a common complaint from the engineers. It varies from team to team. It shouldn't be too bad if the bench is deep. Some people hate it but some actually enjoy it as it's often a puzzle to solve. And knocking out tough support issues is a quick way to earn recognition. Hope this is helpful.
I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Exabeam. I just left there. Not for wrong reasons. I wanted to do something different than my previous role in sales
Thanks.. how is the general vibe there ? How is the morale ? Especially after the recent funding ?
