1. My annual physical was administered by an RN and was entirely verbal. 2. The raw data from my lab results were emailed to me. 3. I’ve asked to see a doctor, and for 4 weeks I’ve been passed around to different call centers who don’t seem to be able to make an appointment. 4. There’s a note about a cardiovascular abnormality in my updated records with no explanation.

I have seen this in the past, and I got mad / frustrated too after seeing raw data in the report. Please send an email to your doc asking for details, they will send a summary letter or simply schedule a phone appointment if you can’t visit.
