Lots of threads of people talking about how they would never spend more than 50k on a car... but for those of you that made the right choice and got yourself a really fun car what did you get and why? I’ll start— currently a Ferrari 488 owner as of a few weeks. Prior I had a 458 and 997 generation Porsche 911 C2S. Edit: TC: 1.5mm (for the next few years at least). NW: 10mm (sold prior company and assuming current value of Airbnb stock).
Bro how do you have the money to afford that, can y’all post TC and YOE as well?
I had a 135i stick drive coupe - closest to super car I can get. It was a rocket and blast off when lights turn green. I had so much fun but then Tesla became the new Civic in Bay Area, I sold it off.
Helicopter sometimes
Which heliports you use?
I never commuted by helicopter daily but I do use blade helicopter to get into Manhattan when I land in Newark. And I used it a few times from New Jersey to Manhattan and back when I lived in NJ.
It depends on my uber ride
Max horsepower Toyota Camry
Tesla Model S Performance yoe: 9 tc: 500k Got it because eco friendly, 0-60 in 2.4 sec, and “autopilot”
Model S isn’t a supercar It’s more like a top end corvette (90K) in terms of brand/prestige. - former P100D owner
My bad. What would be the definition of one? The performance model is a $110k vehicle.
Honda Civic 1999
How can you afford this? TC please.
I like these cars but would never buy them unless I hit the jackpot. I’ll probably rent them for a day or so just to see what it’s like.
Bro someone said “Honda civic 1999”. You sure you can’t afford that?
Not supercar but Porsche 992 4S
The performance of a 992 is supercar level for sure. My friend had a 991 GT3 and another friend had a 992 C2S. The 992 drives just as fast as the prior GT3.
