For example, If I leave (say Cohesity after k years), to what set of companies I can think of moving to? (considering similar work domain) 1. Voted Cohesity. But know that the WLB literally sucks there. Expect 10 hours work daily, often more. However, they pay quite well and will IPO soon. So, worth considering. Also, what's the offer from Cohesity, Yoe too?
I am not pasting the Offer value for confidentiality. Although they are offering a good base as well as RSU. YOE-2.
