Where are the American managers
I have worked with almost exclusively immigrant managers (4 indi, 1 cn) The chinese one was the only "nice" guy but favoritism was still bad The other immigrant managers made sure life was living hell. At least one was nice for the first year, but then beast mode got turned on or something. All male. I am sensitive and do not appreciate the insults and threatening demeanor from such management. Having an immigrant father, it resurfaces trauma and affects my health I have no issue with indian american or chinese american. They are my friends and schoolmates i grew up with, the interns i worked alongside, coworkers, the fellow new grads at gatherings. What companies have the most american managers? It’s a mixed bag at any company, and it could even vary by department. Typically, 2nd generation is less toxic than the FOBs
