Hi Blind Community! So couple days ago, I got invited to a Barclays' hiring event for a AVP - Software Engineer position (New York). After the initial conversation with the recruiter, I think it is a great fit for me, and I really want to be fully preparing for this opportunity. The process is very straightforward - two rounds of interviews (one pure coding and one panel interview - which I assume it will be a mix of technical and behavioral), and I have been told that I will get their decision within the next 24 hrs. One side note - They asked me to prepare my own IDE for coding, which is a rare case. So how do I prepare for this interview? What should I expect? I did some research on glassdoor and it seems like Barclays likes to ask about some Java principle questions and basic data structure questions. What else should I study? Case study? System design? Leetcode Easy or Medium? Java 8? Springboots? I truly appreciate any insight information! So please let me know if you had interviews with Barclays before or if you work for this company. I still have couple days to prepare but time is ticking. Thank you all!!!
