UN: 50% less women and children killed in Gaza than previously reported
Hey guys! Going through background check for google soon. When I started at Yardi, I had issues because the company I was at had so many reorgs and changes (They’re a super young startup). Anyways, the company filed my W2’s from 3/4 different organizations instead of the sole entity and that caused issues when being checked at my current company. As well, they messed up my title on paper. I asked for a Proof of Work letter from the VP of HR there, should this be enough for Google & HireRight?
It depends if you let them contact your current company or not. If you do, they’ll do the standard verification. If you don’t, you’d be responsible for showing that you’ve been there for however long you’ve said. For me, that meant showing first/latest pay stubs, w2s over the years etc. if you have other docs like offer letters etc that should help
I didn’t? They have me as just manager instead of program manager. As well, they kept changing company name as variations of the original whenever i’d switch office because of reorgs
@stopped. HireRight is a 🤡 show though, so I'm all for giving OP benefit of the doubt. They messed up my state of residence on my last experience with them and said I was living in the Bay and Portland at the same time when I was a homeowner with W2's for only one of those locations.
