From my exp, they ask pretty much from the top recent bbg questions on LC There's a bunch of discussion posts on LC with questions previously asked as well. Just grind neetcode and the top questions to cover all fronts and hope for the best

Anything for system design in particular?

They ask System Design based on the team and work they are doing but every team has some staple questions

Go down the entire leetcode tagged list and if it has been used more than 5 times in the past six months make sure you’re familiar. Doubly so for the ood type questions at the top. Sys design is standard grokking/Alex xu
